Refund Policy for Appxpay

Our Aim is customer 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services provided, we will refund back the money only if provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine of each service before using it, it provides all the details about the services which you get.

Refund Policy​

In cases of failed transactions, an order not generated at the time of transaction on Merchant’s Website or refund is initiated, then the Customer should get the credit in its bank account within 5-7 business days. In case the Customer has not received the amount, the Customer has to contact the Merchant for further details, as the refunds are initiated from Merchant’s end.

Cancellation Policy​

For Cancellations please contact us via Call at +91 814-872-4721 or Email at admin@appxpay.in . Requests received later than 48-hours prior to the end of the current service period else it will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service.
